By accessing pkr335.net, creating a pkr335 account, logging in via the pkr335 Login page, or placing any wager or participating in any game on the platform, you ("the Player") confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the pkr335 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the pkr335 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

pkr335 operates under an international gaming license. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. pkr335 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in any specific location and accepts no liability for Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions.

Each Player may register only one pkr335 account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a unique email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. Any change in personal details must be notified to pkr335 support promptly.

pkr335 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international gaming license obligations. KYC verification is required before processing a Player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during account operation. Required documents typically include:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back, clearly showing full name, date of birth, and CNIC number.
• Proof of Address — a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months showing the registered address.
• Payment Method Verification — for JazzCash or EasyPaisa, a screenshot of the registered account matching the mobile number used on pkr335. For bank transfers, a copy of the account statement header.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of being requested may result in account suspension. pkr335 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkr335 Login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr335 accepts no liability.

Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction in the pkr335 cashier.

Deposits are credited to the pkr335 account balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer credits may take 1–2 business hours depending on the originating institution. pkr335 does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment method used must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method as the corresponding deposit. This same-source withdrawal policy is applied as an anti-money-laundering control. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for KYC-verified accounts. pkr335 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal of any amount.

• Withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on business days are prioritised for same-day processing.
• Withdrawals where the account's KYC verification is incomplete will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• pkr335 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 100,000 in a single transaction or Rs 500,000 in a calendar month.
• In cases where pkr335 suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation. The Player will be notified via their registered email address.

pkr335 offers various bonus and promotional offers to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, PSL season reload offers, Eid promotions, and weekly cashback programs. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable across all pkr335 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your pkr335 balance. Real money is wagered first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Cricket sportsbook bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute between 50% and 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus wagering requirements that have not been met by the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• pkr335 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to cancel a bonus from a Player's account if abuse is suspected, and to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour — will result in voiding of all bonus winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on pkr335 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirming. pkr335 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

For cricket betting specifically, the following rules apply:

• If a match is abandoned or significantly curtailed before a sufficient number of overs have been bowled (as defined by the Duckworth-Lewis method or the relevant cricket governing body's rules), pkr335 will settle bets in accordance with the ICC or relevant board's official result. Where no official result is declared, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) cricket bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. pkr335 may suspend live markets at any time at its discretion, including during reviews, network delays, or significant match events.
• Maximum winnings per single bet on cricket markets are capped at Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 lakh) unless otherwise agreed in writing with pkr335 for VIP accounts.
• pkr335 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement, or where there is evidence that the Player had access to insider information.

For slot games and live casino, return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panel. pkr335 does not manipulate game outcomes — all RNG-based games use certified random number generation, and live dealer games are conducted by human dealers under standard casino rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr335 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, forfeiture of deposits, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one pkr335 account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the pkr335 platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction that violates Pakistani financial regulations or international AML standards.
• Placing bets on events where you have knowledge of the outcome in advance due to inside information, or participating in any activity that constitutes match-fixing or sports manipulation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the pkr335 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not payable and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on pkr335, including coordinating bets to guarantee profit at the platform's expense.
• Attempting to access another player's pkr335 account without authorisation, or assisting others in doing so.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks on the pkr335 platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first raising the matter with pkr335 support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of associated funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr335 and its directors, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Data loss or corruption resulting from system failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your pkr335 account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, match statistics, or promotional materials.

pkr335's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr335 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server upgrades, and network issues may cause temporary unavailability. pkr335 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption, particularly during high-traffic periods such as PSL final matches and ICC World Cup fixtures.

pkr335 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on pkr335, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data — including your CNIC details, mobile number, email address, payment information, device identifiers, and betting activity — for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.

pkr335 does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory bodies as required by law or by the conditions of pkr335's gaming licence.

Pakistani players may exercise their data access, correction, or deletion rights by contacting pkr335 support. Requests will be processed in accordance with the timelines and limitations described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr335 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any activity inconsistent with legitimate gambling behaviour.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Determination that the account holder is ineligible to use the platform (e.g., under 21, employee of pkr335, or resident of a restricted jurisdiction).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pkr335 account may do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided the balance has not arisen from suspected fraudulent activity.

Upon termination for breach, pkr335 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the pkr335 platform not less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory obligation or legal necessity.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the pkr335 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using pkr335 and may request voluntary account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr335 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pkr335, the Player is encouraged to first contact pkr335 support to seek an informal resolution. pkr335 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the dispute resolution process established by pkr335's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from pkr335 support on request.

Nothing in this section limits a Player's statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law in their jurisdiction of residence.
